Ranger Galaxy on MySpace

January 25, 2009 Ranger Blogger Leave a comment

The Ranger Galaxy fansite I’ve been linking to during the month is now taking on the social networking world with the launch of its new MySpace page! Social networks are good promotional tools, done it myself in the past, and it also presents a good discussion base (aside from a forum) where fans can post comments and interact with eachother.

We’ll also update you on the fansite situation. DMS updated his Ranger Talk thread with links to screen caps of his Power Rangers In Space section of Ranger Galaxy. You can consider this a sneak peak to just one of many Ranger Galaxy sections. To view a couple more screens go here.

How will you watch the premiere of RPM?

January 25, 2009 Ranger Blogger Leave a comment

Seeing how RPM will only be airing on ABC Kids, how will you watch RPM’s premiere and the series once it takes off? Will you resort to YouTube or downloading – or simply stick with television? In some cases it may be hard to watch it on television depending on where you live so you may have to begin watching Power Rangers online. Whooo and we know where that sometimes gets us! Hopefully it becomes available on more than one channel at some point!

This week’s report is now up. I’d like to point out a couple of news items covered real quick. A complete boxset of Power Rangers In Space has been slated for a German release on February 27 (click here for Amazon Germany product listing). The DVD set is Region 2 of course and is priced at €31,99 ($41.56). Secondly, Bandai’s official RPM action figure website has went up online. How has Disney done with PR?

January 25, 2009 Ranger Blogger Leave a comment

The thread was originally supposed to be on Disney’s work in general, not just Power Rangers, but it appears the thread has turned into a PR discussion. I love linking to these, always have, but I’ll stick to my opinions and say I’m not too impressed with PR under Disney, enough said. There are a good amount of others who would agree.
